So you actively avoid taking pictures and beach trips until you finally have the body you’ve always envisioned. You spend way too much time in the mirror sucking in your stomach and feeling ashamed of your body. You dread parties or dinners out with friends because you hate the way your clothes fit and you’re terrified of not being able to control yourself around food. And no matter how much you learn about nutrition and weight loss, you feel totally lost about what to eat or how to love your body.

But here’s the thing…

You and I both know that losing weight isn’t actually going to solve your problems.

My job is to help you heal your relationship with food and your body and identify the root causes of your insecurities and shame so that you can take your life back. So you can finally stop feeling guilty after you eat, obsessing over your body in the mirror, and letting your body shame control your life.

6-Month Coaching program

During the discovery call, I’ll answer any questions you have and we’ll decide together if this is a good fit


Our first session is a 90-minute initial assessment (video chat) where I ask you a million questions to find out where you’re at and where you want to be


Follow ups are 60-minutes at the same time every 2 weeks (11 total follow ups over 6 months)


Between sessions, I’ll provide journaling and workbook prompts to help guide you. I’ll also be available for occasional email & text support.


By the end of the program, you will have the tools, knowledge, and self-trust to live with food freedom

I’ll be honest, coaching isn’t for everyone. My coaching program is designed for people who are ready to do the work for a complete health and confidence overhaul. I only take a few clients at a time so I can give you my full attention and support throughout this process. Together we’ll unpack the way you approach food, your body, and most importantly, your relationship with your life.
