Welcome to:
“It’s All Made Up, Anyway”
the podcast where anything is possible, the rules are made up, and the points don’t matter.
Hi! I’m Whitney Catalano…
a Self-Sabotage, Accountability, Intuitive Success, & Alignment coach.
I help coaches, creatives, ADHD’ers, and multi-passionates like you (and like myself)…
- heal your shit
- break out of the box of who you were taught you “should” be
- master your habits, confidence, energy, & self-trust so you can embody that person you’ve always dreamed of being
- learn to work with your brain instead of against it
- and finally stop getting in your own way so you can bring your biggest goals & ideas to life without sacrificing the things that truly matter.
(You would not believe how many times I’ve re-written this bio because my inner perfectionist loves throwing an absolute tantrum that it’s not good enough 🙄)
(On second thought… if you’re here, I’m sure you know exactly what I’m talking about.)

ABOUT THE POD:
“It’s all made up, anyway” is actually a rebrand…
“It’s all made up, anyway” is actually a rebrand…
…born from the ashes of Trust Your Body Project, my original legacy and one of the only remaining relics of my old life. (Can you tell I’m in a dramatic mood today?)
I overworked far past what was necessary in order to make my old podcast successful, and as much as I cringe listening to it, I still stand behind the message (even years after quitting food freedom & body image work).
There are a ton of educational, inspiring, and helpful episodes in there, so if you’re curious, please give them a listen!
What inspired the new show?
What inspired the new show?
Like many of you probably did, I spent the first year and a half of the pandemic re-evaluating everything in my life and burning down anything that wasn’t serving me. It was a deep and terrifying shedding of my old self, which forced me to completely surrender my control and trust that I was learning what I needed to have the life I deeply want.
In that process, it became abundantly obvious (if it wasn’t already) that all these societal rules & pressures… are made up. Seriously, it’s all fake. And as liberating as that realization was, it was also overwhelming to the point of inaction. I didn’t know how to move forward, but I also knew I couldn’t go back.
And I know I’m not alone in this.
Right now, we are witnessing a cultural shift in consciousness with more and more people rejecting the endless hustle and monotony of climbing the corporate ladder, and redefining what success and fulfillment mean to them.
My goal is to cultivate a community of compassionate, creative people like myself and you, and offer you the tools, information, and mindset needed to make your life a little bit better and leave a positive impact on the world around you.
Plus, I love putting you on to brilliant people with really fucking cool jobs to help you expand your perspective of what’s possible.
This podcast will likely evolve as I do, but one thing I can promise is that no matter what I’m talking about, I always take a compassionate, trauma-informed, and deeply honest approach.
I do my best to be actively anti-racist (and always open to self-correcting), anti-shame, anti-diet culture, and anti-hustle culture, as well as pro-inclusivity, pro-mental health, pro-balance (I have 3 Libra placements after all), pro-personal accountability (to an EXTENT), and pro-doing whatever you need to feel safe in your body and cope with the world around you.
I hope you enjoy the show, and if you do, please leave a review on Apple podcasts and share it with anyone who would be interested!! Love you <3
