Stop trying to heal from dieting alone. You need people who know exactly what you’re going through every step of the way.

Club TYB is a fat-positive, anti-diet community you can trust while you heal.

If you’ve been trying to heal your relationship with food on your own, you’re probably familiar with these thoughts….

If eating is so intuitive, why can’t I figure this out?

When am I going to like my body? I don’t know if I ever will.

How do I stop feeling so guilty about food? I hate that I can’t stop feeling guilty?!?

I feel so stuck but I don’t want to ask for help because I should be able to do this on my own.

If you relate to this, you need to know that none of these thoughts are true… your inner bully is just really good at playing the same unhelpful songs over and over again, except this time it’s about recovery instead of about dieting.

That’s why it’s so unbelievably necessary to have a support system while you’re healing. You need a place to talk all of this stuff out and separate your own thoughts from your inner bully thoughts.

Club TYB can be your online support system to help you through the most uncomfortable and confusing moments of diet recovery.

FAQ

Who is Club TYB good for?

Club TYB is for anyone ditching dieting and healing your relationship with food and your body, no matter where you’re at in your journey. Club TYB is especially for anybody looking to be active and supportive in an online community.

Who shouldn't join Club TYB?

Club TYB is not for anyone who is actively dieting or trying to pursue weight loss. No weight loss talk, diet talk, or body shaming will be tolerated in the group. Club TYB is also not for anyone who isn’t willing to participate and be an active member of the community. I’m not saying you have to show up 24/7… we all have busy lives! But I am looking for people to support each other have open and vulnerable conversations.

Will this completely heal my relationship with food?

No. Club TYB is a support group, not a replacement for individual medical or mental health support. While I completely understand that many people do not have access to professional help, Club TYB should not be your only source of information. If you are trying to heal your relationship with food alone, you may need to do a lot of extra reading, learning, and self-reflection in order to heal. Club TYB is a community that can support you wherever you get stuck or are struggling.

What is the bonus course offered in the 6-month option?

The 5 Pillars of Food Freedom is an in-depth video course that will teach you the necessary information to start healing your relationship with food. The topics include:

  1. Why diets don’t work and how to start normalizing your relationship with food
  2. Why you emotionally eat and how to stop without restricting
  3. Reconnecting to hunger/fullness cues, even if you’ve been dieting for yeras
  4. The mindset you need for food freedom and how to identify and ditch your old diet mentality
  5. Eating for health and disease with food freedom (basics of HAES)

To learn more about the 5 Pillars of Food Freedom, click here. I recommend that everyone in Club TYB watch this video course so that you don’t have any gaps in your healing toolkit.

How long do I need to be in Club TYB to benefit?

You can stay as long or as short as you want! The reason I created a 6-month option is that I’ve found that 6 months is usually a really manageable time period for your healing journey. I’d encourage you to stay a full year to make sure you feel really grounded in your healing, but it’s by no means an obligation. This group is for you to use as you need!

Are there refunds?

No, once you’ve joined Club TYB, you’ll have access until you cancel your membership.

Do I need a Facebook?

Technically you don’t need a Facebook but you will be missing out on the best part of Club TYB (the community) if you don’t have one. All of the videos will be posted directly to the membership site, but the Facebook page is where you will be able to interact with everyone and get support when you need it the most. If you’ve deleted your Facebook for whatever reason, I recommend making a fake Facebook account (you can even use a fake name to protect your anonymity).
